Flag Cottage

Top quality cottage in a brilliant location! We keep returning, perfect for unto 4 people plus the dog. Lovely warming fire each evening and really practical kitchen with all you need for cooking family meals. Super, thoughtful touches everywhere and beautifully clean and well maintained with top quality equipment, towels and bedding. We will be back (providing it's not already booked)!

This is our 7th visit to Flag Cottage which truly is a home away from home. The cottage is in a beautiful location, maintained to an exceptional standard and well equipped. Freda and Graham are excellent hosts, the attention to detail in welcoming us each year with a personalised message and local produce is always greatly appreciated. The cottage is perfectly placed amongst the dales for plenty of walks, runs and paddling in the river-followed by coffee and cakes in the nearby tearooms! Top marks, we can't to return! Thank you Freda and Graham.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful village. The cottage is very comfortable and very well equipped; a home away from home. Set in wonderful countryside with excellent walks from the village. The village cam meet your basic needs with a shop, butcher and pub and everyone is very friendly. Flag Cottage is well located with easy access to the sites and villages of the Yorkshire Dales.
