Help-Me-Park

A customer for many years but a customer no longer. Waited ages to collect my car and was lied to on several occasions by the company. Ive followed their complaints process which they then ignored. Will be taking my trade elsewhere.

Arrived at airport this morning to be told company no longer exist!!!! We even received text on drive up to airport Huge thank you to manager and staff at drop off point so courteous and helpful in such a stressful situation. Beware if you've booked with Help me park!!

Worst meet and greet company we've ever used, not really worth the one star, you may as well park yourself, offsite and get a bus as its quicker !! Rang them as requested 20 minutes out from the airport, had to wait a further 25 minutes once we were at the drop off point for someone to arrive, on arrival back from holiday was told to call once we cleared customs, whizzed through the airport so feeling good about getting home in good time only to be told it was a 30 minute wait and we would be called once the driver had left !! Hardly meet and greet by definition, and it turned out to be 45 minutes anyway. Booked through Holiday extras which are normally very good and had no issues with others companies they use. Avoid!!

Dreadful - Wait & Wait - Not Meet & Greet What a sad demise of a once great company. Don't touch them with a barge pole. Dis-courteous, kept me waiting ONE HOUR for the return of my car, said they had returned it, had no idea where it was. And no real apology. They have ignored my emails & phone calls since. I hope they have gone out of business - they deserve to do so. I will most definitely never ever use them again.

The worst parking company ever. They were late to bring the car. They scratched the car and then didn't want to repair it. Even though they admitted it was their fault. Especially that Nafis guy that works there. Awful I can't even explain how awful!!!
