Staff friendly and helpful. Showers very modern with WC in each shower cubicle. However, that does limit the available WCs at peak times when people are showering. Great location for visiting various places around. The Pines area of the site was very nice but some other sections had smallish pitches that looked very close together. Nice Glamping pods. Hopefully they'll get the electrics sorted - it was down to 0 degrees at night and so lots of people had electric heaters which overloaded the supply. Close to Gatwick flight path but we didn't really notice. (Maybe due to less flights at the moment.)
