Colourful Bites

Making macarons masterclass today. Fabulous class with recipe for making them and ganache and made 16 macarons, choosing the colour and filling. I would highly recommend all of Hanane's cake from macarons to French patisserie. All made with natural ingredients by Hanane with no mass producing and therefore exceptional quality. We've had cakes for 4 special occasions now and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My daughter and I had a fab time learning how to make macaroons and ganache in various flavors. Hanane gave us full instructions, many tips and was very patient. We all left with a box of 16 macaroons and highly recommend this class. Thank you Hanane

I never thought Id be able to make macarons myself but how wrong I was. I attended Hananes masterclass on Saturday as a birthday present and came away with 16 delicious macarons. The studio/kitchen is immaculate, the class is well paced, clear and fun. So glad I did it.

Hanane is amazing! Her macarons are fantastic, go buy some now!! So so yummy! Last weekend i did the 3 hour macaron masterclass at Barleylands for my birthday and had such a brilliant time. It would make a fantastic thing to do for a group of 6 friends for a hen or something too! And you get to take home the macarons you make too whixh are delicious! Sign up - you wont regret it!

Hanane's macarons are the best I have ever tried! We have worked together multiple times to get personalised macarons made for our corporate events and every time we tried them everyone was amazed! I can highly recommend her services: she is super kind and a true professional in her field! I am dreaming of her macarons since the first time I tried them! :D
