Group FX - Premier Samsung Service Centre

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Full of rude and incompetent staff and technicians. They lie and cancel appointments without notice. Telephone manner is appealing and samsung really need to start doing mystery shopping on this service centre as they are rude and aggressive on the phone and in person. They used to be very good but now have very rude and incompetent staff in their offices and if you are based in London do not buy a Samsung product as chances are you'll have to deal either this awful company.. the other reviews on here speak for themselves and people arr so fed up of these cowboys!! Professional, competent, and fixed our sound bar on the first visit. The engineers called us on the day with an ETA, and again with an updated time due to traffic. I spoke with somebody on the phone using the main number the day prior to our appointment. He was both helpful and professional. I was apprehensive about the repair having read the negative reviews online. However, I cannot fault GroupFX and had a very positive experience overall. Thank you. Service: TV repair

Samsung booked appointment for me with this company for my washing machine repair. Group FX initially gave me one date and change the date without consulting me. When I phone them rep call MR.Ify who was not ready to give is surname was not professional also he decided to cancel the appointment without my consent. If Samsung going to keep using this Group FX as their repair partner I will stop buying Samsung products. Thanks Service: Washer/dryer repair
