        Really thankful to Trigo at Timpson who went to great lengths to fix my backpack. Nowhere else would do it (the zippers had gone haywire), an it took him a while to get the right materials to be able to, but he did it and did a great job of it too. In this "chuck it and buy a new one" world we live in it is great to know there is a place that will help you fix things instead. Also, I see complaints about poor customer service and high prices and all I can say is the price for me was very fair for the service and the customer service was great.
