        My daughter's first year at school and I was so looking forward to have her school picture. Now I cannot even order it as the photographer did not have any effort to catch a smile on her face. Terrible face expression which says: I am so tired and fed up. I wouldn't be surprised if my older daughter in the Secondary school had the same photographer this year as we got the photo with same face expression! Do nowadays photographers know that it is a part of their job to catch the best face expression and to try to motivate a person for that? Before at least we had a choice of two portraits to choose from, now is only one unsuccessful face expression and nothing to choose from.I want to cry.

        Awful school photos! They arrived with multiple pictures on one sheet, uncut, not in the frames so its a real DIY job. I wouldnt have bought frames if I knew Id have to cut each photo out myself and split frames apart and frame it myself. Bought key rings too, these were also DIY with a sheet of pictures on one page that are printed the wrong size to fit the key ring once youve cut them out. First time purchasing school photos/packages and Ive definitely learnt my lesson.
