        James and the team at crescent all went out of their way to rectify the issue with my CRF1100. The genuine aftercare given to their customers is above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I would recommend them to anyone with motorcycle needs. They are a superb team.

        Being a quiet weekday and no other customers in the shop I was surprised that no salesman came up to chat? I feel the family vibe has been lost in all their stores since I've shopped in them for over 30 years. You've got great premises but I'd rather buy from a friendly, hungry tin pot shop, plus when you email them with interest in a part exchange they don't bother responding. Big shame.
