I can't say enough good things about Helen, all the team and the Studio at Mula Yoga. Welcoming, encouraging and inclusive. Great variety of classes, some mellow and some great achievable challenges too. My best advice would be to give yourself a month (for best value grab a month unlimited pass) and get to as many different classes as your schedule allows. Don't assume which classes you are going to feel best about (I was very wrong and am now loving challenging myself in classes I never thought I could begin to participate in), all classes give a progressive range of movements so you can go to your own end range with ZERO judgement of where that is. Try everything once and then see what you miss doing... you won't regret it.

Amazing yoga studio, great variety of classes for all abilities. Beautiful studio and lovely teachers. So lucky its so close to home.

I love the morning yoga class and Emily kept me moving and feeling strong right through pregnancy too! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to have something alongside their home practice or even a more regular class practice!

Tonight was my first visit to Mula Yoga and I couldnt have received a warmer welcome from Helen and my fellow yogis. Really great class and I left feeling elated and relaxed. Cant wait for my next visit
