    Can't recommend West Park Films enough! Our wedding video is amazing and we have loved watching it. We hardly noticed the cameras around us but when watching the video they have captured so much of the day. Such a lovely reminder of our day and I'd definitely recommend West Park Films if you're thinking of having a videographer!

    Recorded my daughters wedding and captured some magical moments . Both where great didn't get In your way and speedy DVD would defiantly recommend them . Given us something to look back on over they years Great Job thank you both so much

    Staggeringly disappointed with the standard of images and video from our daughters wedding in April. Bride and Groom not central in most of the pictures and several guest pictures were not included. I asked for them but was told that we should have asked for them within 7 days of receiving the usb! Video was another disappointment, a child could have filmed it better on a phone! One of the cameras was set up directly behind a guests head so we saw alot of that in the video. Final edit was shocking. Again asked for the raw footage for relative to put together a better version, again we were refused, not their policy. Also didn't find the 'team' particularly friendly or approachable. I would never recommend this company but judging by the ages of the 'team' they're probably just in it for a few quid to fund their retirement so future business probably isn't important to them.

    I would avoid this company. Unfortunately there was a massive lack of communication - I was promised a phone call a week before the wedding to run through details which I never received and then I got a message the morning of the wedding at 10am to say both videographers had tested positive for covid and therefore would not be attending, so disappointing. To say they were supposed to have arrived before 10am and I only received their message then to say that they wouldnt be coming to film our wedding was very stressful. Feel extremely let down by this company. Obviously it was then too late to find a backup so we have now missed out on our special day being filmed, so sad. Having just read the reply from the company I would like to further clarify a couple of things. Firstly, I have screenshots of emails I sent repeatedly before getting any kind of communication back from this company. I was also sent an email stating they would be in touch a week before the wedding I got nothing from them. I have a contract from you that says payment is due on or before the date of the wedding which was 23rd, not 22nd. When I got no contact from you, why would I send you all our money before the wedding day when I had a feeling you wouldnt actually turn up? And testing positive for covid is fine - but you messaged me at 10am when you should have already been at my venue. If anyone reading this review would like to contact me further to see all my screenshots and my contract to verify all I have said Im more than happy to do so.
