Absolute joke!! Every time Ive used this business Ive either been waiting for over half an hour after I booked my taxi or Ive had to cancel and go somewhere else. The women in the office is useless and thats if you can even get through to her, what is she possibly doing she has one job and seems to struggle time and time again. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

3rd time this taxi company have messed up my days, booked a taxi last time missed my train booked it again for the next train and missed that one aswell. Then again pre booked a taxi today to get to my train on time and they are late once again wouldnt recommend at all

Said theyd be 15 mins then after wed waited said theyd be half an hour late because the driver went to liverpool instead of ormskirk ? didnt really see how that was my problem but ended up cancelling waiting for the train instead.

Pre ordered 2 taxis and they had not arrived an hour after the arranged pick up time Called after 30 minutes of waiting and was left on hold for 15 mins. Had to arrange another taxi as venue needed to close. Very disappointed with the service particularly when they were pre- booked.
