Stocks Hall Nursing Home Burscough

Very disappointed with the lack of communication and compassion of Stocks Hall Burscough. I was told there was a bed for my 93 year old mum and she would be in within the first week from my initial visit to look around. That didn't happen. 5 weeks later and many phone calls on my part chasing things up. I gave up. I've lost count of the number of times they said they would ring me back and never did. I am a sole carer with an injury and am struggling to care safely for my mum which they were aware of and therefore desperate for a placement in a nursing home and thought I'd found a good one. Sadly I was wrong.
