I visited my nan for the first time since she moved in 2 weeks ago and was amazed at how much better she was. The home was beautiful and the staff made so much effort to make our visit as normal as possible.. offering to do us a tea party! They were attentive and friendly and you could tell my nan felt very comfortable around them, talking about them as they were her friends, it was so nice to see. I could not be happier for her. I could not fault it. Thankyou so much!
