        We cant thank Jon and Chris enough for all of their help with securing our mortgage offer and supporting us through the process of buying our first home. As first time buyers, we were very apprehensive and unsure about the process but Jon explained it all clearly, answered our many questions (there were a lot!) and nothing was too much trouble. We secured our mortgage offer that we were happy with quickly and felt confident we got sound advice, with all the stress taken away. Jon continued to support us through the process from helping with solicitors to buildings insurance, always responsive, friendly and helpful. We will be back for any future needs and recommend to family and friends.
