A 5 * review for AAL, Stephen and the team. They went above and beyond to source a medical bed at short notice, calling their suppliers and explaining the differences in the offered products. Installation was also organised very quickly, everyone turned up when they said they would and the price was exceptionally competitive. Well done and thank you.

5 stars - all the way and the biggest thank you to AAL ltd. Above and beyond service. !! After getting to a holiday destination that confirmed that there would be a hoist- but wasnt, also not willing to help. (Tattershall lakes 0 star! ) AAL Ltd ..not only was they able to help but also went out his way to deliver a hoist in a short space of time. There is not many companies I leave feedback for however they completely had genuine empathy and sincerely helped my family in a time of crisis. Would completely recommend this service. Adele

I ordered a sling which we needed urgently in order to be able to care for my father (who has end stage dementia) at home. Faced with a choice of suppliers, I ordered from AAL / mobilityhostsandparts because their website stated orders should be dispatched within one working day via next day delivery. There was no indication when I ordered that this would not be the case. Order placed Monday 11th July. I emailed on Friday 15th July asking for a delivery date or tracking information and received a curt response to say my order would be delivered Tuesday 19th or Wednesday 20th. I expressed my frustration but waited patiently. AAL offered to cancel my order and refund but by this point I couldn't order anywhere else to get the sling before Wednesday 20th. In the end, the order didn't arrive until Thursday 21st, and wasn't even dispatched until Wednesday 20th. AAL did not keep me updated with dispatch or tracking information. Sadly a thoroughly unpleasant and frustrating ordering experience. I hope AAL update / clarify their delivery information or at least improve their customer service for the sake of other customers.

I'm very disappointed with AAL Ltd. I will be strongly encouraging all of my friends and family to look at the many other more honest alternatives out there.
