After an absolute disaster with another company if you can call him that - our business emails and website being moved onto an unsecured server, the emails being wiped completely and a list of other things that went wrong Rich really helped us out, he talked me through options and advised the best way forward. He went above and beyond to help us get everything rectified offering support and giving step by step guides to try and resolve the problems. It wasnt a simple fix but Rich persisted and since moving across to him weve had absolutely no issues what so ever. Cant recommend enough. Saved us from a complete mental and business breakdown.

I had a formatting emergency that needed immediate attention and thankfully I found Rich, who came to the rescue! His service was faultless - speedy, professional, reasonably priced and high quality. He couldn't do enough to help. I highly recommend him and am thrilled that I've found somebody who is reliable and trustworthy to look after my website needs.

Ive worked with Rich for 4 years and he takes care of everything to do with my website. Initially he worked on moving my site over to Wordpress and helped make my site look professional and user friendly. Behind the scenes everything is taken care of with incredible support when I need it and my ranking has gone from who knows where to page 1 of all my related searches! Couldnt recommend highly enough!

I had a complete nightmare with my hosting company resulting in my website being left unaccessible. I received countless messages from the host full of techy jargon, and I was left in quite a mess with no idea as to what was happening except an internal server error message! But Rich offered to help and has been fantastic. He's professional, kept me updated with what he was doing every step of the way and patiently answered all my questions. He has got my website back so I can get working again. He has gone above and beyond really, I would 100% have no problem in recommending him. Rich took away a lot of the stress for me and I am looking forward to moving my site over to him very soon. Also if you're not super technical like me, Rich is great at explaining issues and suggesting only what he thinks you may need.
