Useless, Certainly not customer friendly . I won't try here again ! I phoned in the morning as I had a job near their place. I was told I could go as long as I am a registered waste carrier. Upon arrival.i spoke to someone and explained I had not used them before . I was told that someone would be out to speak to me ... about 20 mins passed then this miserable looking fella appeared ... very rude and abrupt . He asked why I hadn't called him and booked in ? I use J Dickinson and Sons in Blackrod , Recycling Lives in Preston and Suez at Blackpool and you simply drive on to the weighbridge then go empty your vehicle . Its not an exact science loading a van at a house clearance so booking an appointment to empty the van is not practical . Anyway the gruff guy asked if I knew their prices ... and before I could respond , he said 160.00 per tonne . Then told me they were very busy ... I saw 1 van go onto the weighbridge... I had wasted enough time so I said OK forget it , he agreed and lumbered back into the building .... like Shrek in a boiler suit! Seriously if you have waste to dispose of I would recommend looking elsewhere.
