went there last week lights on no one in thought oh lunch time went in cafe next doot til two oclock went back lady in there did nt even open the door shut for three weeks a notice would have bean most helpfull we bought a gate there a few weeks ealier of a very helpfull gent but how things change cannot recomend them

Bought a baby gate - two key components missing. Took back to store who ordered another one. Went back to store to collect and the new one has the exact same parts missing! Customer service (haha haha) states to email them for parts! Disgraceful service after what is clearly a manufacturing fault having identical parts missing in separate orders. Would advise not buying from this company as when they do things wrong, their service is awful and you have to work to get what you paid for. If there was a zero on here, I'd tick that.

Had Baby Dan high chair for exactly 2 years. My son is 26 kg. Last week a crack appeared on the foot rest. Emailed customer services, no reply. Tried calling recording says email customer services! P.S. We received the replacement part now.

Cant find that place, please put a sign where that is. Asked a woman working for them in medelin park and she doesnt know where that is at all
