I tried to give this local garage a nice quick easy job. I had ABS light on in my car, I have an obd scanner so diagnosed the fault myself. It was only the speed sensor in the front wheel. So I bought a nice branded sensor myself. I took my car in and asked if he'd fit it. He said he only fits parts that he's supplied himself. It's not like I was asking to drop an engine in lol. Took it elsewhere cost me 70 for an hours labor. How small local business can afford to knock back easy money and easy jobs is beyond me. Oh well. Not saying this is a bad garage, just don't buy any parts yourself before going there. Personally I always buy my own parts so I know what's fitted in my car. And the garage I used doesn't mind as they don't waste time diagnosing the faults and ordering parts.
