        My kids and I have been members of McKinstry Family Martial Arts for several years now and cant speak highly enough of the place. There is a real family feeling with a social side additional to the karate. I strongly recommend to any families out there who are looking for a fun family activity to get healthy and make new friends to give it a try. See you at the Dojang !!!

        My family and I have been training at McKinstry Family Karate since Mar 17; it has always been an excellent place to learn Martial Arts and train, but the work that has gone into it over the past year has made it truly outstanding. I highly recommend the Dojang to anyone aspiring to learn Martial Arts, or just improve their fitness. Instruction is provided in a friendly and professional manner, aimed at building confidence, knowledge and friendship- as well as the fine points of the Art itself.

        Great venue for the family. Me and my daughter have been training together here for 18 months, even online over lockdown. Ian is committed to the training, it's good exercise and great for discipline. Highly recommend.
