        They did send my stuff but they used a delivery company that wouldnt deliver anything flammable so my chemicals couldnt be delivered. The worst thing is you get absolutely no communication -they dont answer emails or phone calls - Ive had to try and get refunded through PayPal. Would NOT recommend

        Still haven't received product. Ordered May 30th, apparently processed and shipped but tracking says no item found, emailed customer service a week ago and no response, have also added a message to the order on my account and also had no response, very poor service.

        Ordered chemicals for a hot tub(chlorine tablets, ph+ and ph-) which was better value than ebay etc, and arrived in less than 18 hours after purchase! Plus delivery was free and I was provided with detailed tracking. Thank you very much, amazing!

        Order placed over a week ago, emailed as despatched... no sign of delivery, courier have no record of the delivery number given and the company won't respond to emails....
