I had a really good experience with Dolan. I purchased a Dolan GXC. They were helpful from the beginning. Went to their headquarters near Manchester, had an initial fit with Sam who is knowledgeable and had some good suggestions. I went for a smaller frame than initially thought and I'm pretty happy. Further communication with John was quick and efficient. The bike is really good, everything was well assembled. The custom colour is really well made. Delivery was very quick. Top recommendation for Dolan. For my further bikes I'll probably do the same. Highly recommended to do a bike fit before investing in a bike. Thanks Dolan!

Just took delivery of my new GTX gravel bike Its a brilliant bike, I have 3 titanium bikes now but I have to say this is my favourite . Been on a couple of test rides do far and am really impressed I was a little worried about the 1x set up but because of the wide range I had no problem with the hills on my test rides John and the team at Dolan were brilliant at offering help and advice all the way through the process and my bike arrived earlier than expected A lot of other on line retailers could learn from the Dolan team on how to give good customer service , Well done and thanks you guys

Recently received my order of an Ares in Stealth after only 20 working days (30 is what they advertise). Staff were extremely helpful, there was lots of communication and a free bike fit was included in the price. They bikes are excellent quality, very light and very good value for money. This was the first time I bought a brand new bike and I can definitely say it was worth the price.

First and foremost a really great bike. However, they kept their promise on the delivery date, even a week early. Fantastic customer service - the team go the extra yard to make picking up your bike a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. Great after service as well with follow up emails just checking everything is good. Couldnt recommend enough.

Great and rapid service. Had done bike fitting with other company, measurements were easily incorporated to the Dolan bike by the team. Helpful on the phone and incredible fast service on getting the bike put together.
