What a find! Was visiting Booths with some friends and they directed me to Rafis. Got a lot of great advice from Gail, and bought loads of spice mixes. I love that they will adjust the chilli strength of the mix to suit the customers requirements. Got back to the barge and made a fantastic fish curry, all of us enjoyed it and there was only a small taste left for Jasper...my dog, who also enjoyed his bit immensely! Don't be frightened to ask the team, they are incredibly friendly and helpful, and will give advice freely. I really must come back soon to build up my stock of spices.. and knowledge! If you're making Indian at home, this is the way to go! We did a full spread for my daughter's birthday and everything was easy to make and delicious.

Regular visits to Rafis within the Booths store in Burscough. Gail and the team are more than happy to tailor any mix of spices from mild to hot spice and add or take out any spices as you wish. The mixes make an absolutely stunning curry of many varieties together with the lesser known Asian dishes.

Only ever ordered online before so this was my First time visit to this store, and I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, they even made me a couple of spice mixes excellent service, will definitely be calling again
