Poor quality installed by professionals installers 1200 forproduct 500 labour product bad cracks up splits looks awful but no money to replace speaking to then they said its all my installers fault I asked them to come look they said it installers fault and if they come look its another 400 and you know they gonna say its installers fault but I checked all credentials of installers and work all fine before I used then they threaten me with another 400 of with I havent got So please be aware the guarantee is USLESS and I will go out my way to tell everyone and so will the installers So please dont use there products David

I purchased some J2 flooring from a flooring company local to me as the plastic material used by J2 flooring is I was told stronger and more durable the wood laminate. Within a couple of months of being laid I have three cracks/ holes around different parts of my living room. I contacted J2 flooring and asked about the guarantee which the company proudly offers and at first they seemed to be concerned and attentive by asking for photos etc. I was told by a gent named Joel Cotterall the manager was not onsite and he would be back Monday and I would be contacted once they had an outcome, I've sent a further two emails the last one sent on the 15th August which have not been responded to. 600 on flooring I'm now going to have to lift up and replace.

This is the main warehouse distribution point. If you want to see the flooring you are better off going to the Showrooms at Southport or Warrington.
