Had an appointment booked for today, the engineer did not turn up. When i called airtech i was told the engineer had to go on emergency leave. No one from the office had any common sense to look at the engineers jobs for today and call the customers to say the engineer will not be attending. Even a child would know to call the customer to re-arrange not the other way round. Pathetic
