29th April 2023 - So glad it is open again and the kitchen is back on line following a burst pipe. What this lovely traditional village pub now needs is for its former customers to come back and support the new publicans........ Sitting out in the sunshgine gazing out onto the peaceful village green whilst enjoying a beer and sandwich is what these pubs are all about. Saving the fifth star for when we have had a proper meal there but we have been going to this pub for over 25 years.

Recently taken back over after being shut for a good while. Fantastic to see this little destination pub back open, the heart of the village. Brilliant spot and very welcoming new landlords, they create a great atmosphere and are just lovely. Pleasant company in the pub, great beer and a good selection of food on the menu. I will return and I recommend highly for the summer. Thank you
