Well..Not had a good experience here. And still the owner bites back. Tried to get info (via email) on a Ford Ka they have in stock here.. It needed a new wheel due to buckle to the N/S rear rim. And i was after some clarity that a cambelt service on the car had been done so any servicing terms and conditions are met to keep any warranty on the Ka valid ? Clearly having to buy a alloy and a cambelt kit made this untenable for this outlet?? Profits?? Or just dont care?? They claim via email their warranty covers cambelt failure? (Which it may indeed) This. Only if the car is serviced in line with the manufacturers service schedule? ( Check any warranty terms and conditions) They said the cars service record showed no cambelt change had been recorded, So beware. If they put a warranty on your purchase? As clearly a pre warranty check wasnt a priority on this particular Ford KA? Maybe this is the normal practice here? I then get told by someone else by email. the vehicle is 99% certainly sold to someone else ? Yet 3 days on. Still available on their site for anyone to buy/ leave a deposit? Clearly didnt want to sell it to a customer (me) who wants the car serviced properly so not to invalidate any warranty? Especially as they had to buy a new alloy for it? Not a great practice.. Clearly waiting for the right gullible customer. Choose your car carefully here, Cant recommendResponse from the owner. Sorry John we fell asleep reading your email.. And werent honest regarding whether the car was available still, Expecting a customer to drive away their new car from your business with no knowledge of a cambelt service while claiming a warranty is present is not great is it? And what impression do you give potential customers by rude sarcastic replies to customer emails/ enquiries? Still its your business. Ive done plenty of good reviews on several review sites. So not sure what your point is? See you have had this review removed from some other review sites? Maybe i should provide a response in the form of your reply from here on google reviews?? Plus the emails you have sent me? Guaranteed my reviews would be back on these sites within 24 hours? But i cant really be bothered. You will take your own business down unless you accept you could treat possible customers bit more courtesy and respect. Reviews good or bad are a great way of business owners seeing how their performing? The bad ones .. they eventually go under. Its just how many unsuspecting customers waste their money with these dealers before this happens. Start with a customer service course maybe ?

Really good service from George who made buying my first car completely stress free. He gave me plenty of time to have a look at the car without any pressure to make any big decisions. Couldnt recommend enough!

Although I couldn't purchase the vehicle that I wanted, Dave was a very helpful fella. There was no pressure to buy and tried everything to help us with finance. Will return in the future when I can afford a better car.

Great customer service with special thanks to George whom nothing was too much trouble. There was no pressure to buy and was a lovely relaxed buying environment. Had the car over 4 months now with no issues. Very pleased and would definitely recommend Carnet to others!
