Chase Plant Hire

Have hired a whacker plate and mini diggers from chase plant burntwood on a number of occasions. Cheap rates, plenty of availability and friendly staff. What's not to like!

Rich and his team have been a big help in my project. I have hired mini digger and dumper few times over the last month. Communication has been spot on. Very helpful guys. Would highly recommend.

Such a shame that timekeeping and customer care dont feature high on the priorities for this otherwise very competent company. As a privateer having a go, I hired a mini digger, breaker and wacker plate for a week and requested delivery at a sensible time if after two pm so that they could be dropped securely through our back gate. They not only arrived before 1pm, they were then just dropped on the front of our house and left there with Chase knowing we were not going to be back until two, and that I would be back from work after seven. Having then secured the items that evening, we established the following day that not only could we not operate the breaker, when calling to discuss the issue after the weekend were told thats our problem and that we shouldnt have hired it if we didnt know how. The very reason we had asked for delivery when one of us was here to take delivery was to enable us to have plus vat to rent even rudimentary explanations to allow us to use the items. After all the breaker was 120 plus vat to rent for a week. Collection was finally arranged for lunchtime on Friday, and guess what, yet again times were not communicated meaning the delivery driver was with us before eight am. A ton of sand and top soil in his way that wed planned upon moving meant that he had to manoeuvre on our drive at risk of damage to our property. Being told when calling to express disappointment I was met with a blatant lie along the lines of Im sure we agreed anytime which then backtracked to sorry, you are right. I bloody knew that, I dont like being lied to, nor attitudes that suggest the problems are mine. Chase really need to sort out their training, communications of timings alone could have made this a much more supportive review.
