Parked at Didcot Orchard Centre, paid the fee (and thankfully took a picture of the confirmation screen). A month later I receive a PCN via my lease company + an extra 15 admin fee from them. I appealed, sending them my bank statement showing payment and the photo of the confirmation screen I had taken as proof. I asked them to apologise for the error and reimburse me for the admin fee I had incurred as a result. Despite numerous emails & calls to their offices, and also to the Managing Director (Sam Butt), absolutely nothing was done about it. I have now lodged a claim with the small claims court to get compensated for the admin fee and the hours of my time they have wasted.
