        Parked at Didcot Orchard Centre, paid the fee (and thankfully took a picture of the confirmation screen). A month later I receive a PCN via my lease company + an extra 15 admin fee from them. I appealed, sending them my bank statement showing payment and the photo of the confirmation screen I had taken as proof. I asked them to apologise for the error and reimburse me for the admin fee I had incurred as a result. Despite numerous emails & calls to their offices, and also to the Managing Director (Sam Butt), absolutely nothing was done about it. I have now lodged a claim with the small claims court to get compensated for the admin fee and the hours of my time they have wasted.

        Totally incompetent and potentially financially damaging firm. Sent my details TWICE to a debt collection agency despite the fine being paid the day the letter was received. No answer from the phone line. Conmen
