I would not recommend this home. I had a difficult time working with management for the best outcome for my mother. I had Power of Attorney which counted for nothing. Mom allegedly upset other residents by asking to go home, so needed to be tranquillised apparently. I disagreed. The manager can get upset if questioned. So mom was reassessed (I was not invited, as usual) and found to have additional needs which required her to be moved. But this did not come to pass as mom had a fall in her room, hit her head, and the 12 hour wait for medical attention sealed her fate.

They're doing a great job considering Covid restrictions, a well run and caring staff make this a special place for the elderly. They're looking after my 91 year old mom under very trying conditions and doing it we'll.

Do not send your loved ones to this facility . Staff are uncooperative and unfriendly ( apart from Della, Sam & Jade ) They continually put obstacles in the way of contacting mom,( its not always Covid ) from not answering phones, to no wi-fi/ phone signal, to loud background noise, insufficient visiting arrangements. I believe they either cant get staff, dont train them properly and or dont retain good ones !!! Watch out for the Wardens Jenny and Jody, they are rude and belligerent !!!!! Mom is safely out now, after 9 months, I had to wait until she moved before I posted this as I honestly wouldnt trust them. Stephen Davies
