        Im not being notified by text that prescriptions are ready, although they have correct number, also if counter person is on phone, no other staff will serve at counter.

        Just spoke to the most rudest receptionist. You say be kind at your front door , maybe you should also take the same message to you telephone manner.

        I have been using this chemist's for many years and for the last 15 years monthly for my prescriptions. Recent problems in obtaining the correct prescription from the surgery has seen the staff at Northwood go above and beyond in sorting this out for which I am most grateful. Always attentive, courteous and helpful they really are deserving of five stars and a recommendation.
