From the awful experience we received from using this design company I can only advise to avoid using this company! The lack of communication and customer services skills are atrocious. Id also avoid hiring the photobooth. Not only did they have hours of problems with the machine which resulted in a late and reduced use (once many of our guests had gone) but its now over 2 months on and we still have not received the photo book with the duplicate copies in that we have paid for and were told was being sent out over 4 weeks ago. Nicole and Mark are ignoring all emails in regards to this, and have been for 4 weeks, very unprofessional and rude. No liability was took for the problems that happened on our day and after many emails to Nicole and Mark (many that Ive had to keep resending due to them ignoring them) it was just excuse after excuse and them trying to justify what went wrong. Bar 1 of the items that was missing on the day, which even though they would not accept liability for, they still told us we would receive a refund which has never been received. We didnt receive so much as a simple apology, to now being totally ignored. I wish now I had read the reviews on this company before using as when now looking down at previous reviews it seems this is a regular way for them to treat their customers. Ive come to terms now that we did waste our time and money with this company so by sharing my experience I can hopefully prevent others going through the same trauma. My 1 regret from our wedding day sadly, was using this design company and I would hate for someone to go through the disappointment that we unfortunately have.
