        My son attended St Matthews for 2 years. During that time he was given meat and fish on multiple occasions despite him being vegetarian. The staff are moved so frequently that they dont know who are their key children, this happened to us after yet another staff move in February. Most recently, I went to collect my son and there was initially no adult in sight, then one staff member appeared who told me they couldnt take my son to the toilet as there wasnt another staff member available (there were more than 11 children in the room) I had to go into the room and take my son to the toilet. The only reason I have given them 2 stars is because there are a few staff members who are really trying despite the nursery being managed so poorly. I would not recommend the nursery

        As an employer is awful. One year ago I have a pension problem, They don't want to give back the full refund!I know 100 and more staff has this problem with them. They have again the new payroll manager Dean Radford who is absolutely is not better than Declan Philips who is charging for pension!!!
