First of all my compliments to everyone at Addfield, allow me to inform you that after a long period with the incinerator inoperative, the equipment is now working. I would like to thank Sam and David for their help. I would like to take this opportunity to ask a special favor to the management of Addfield regarding the staff that works in the operation of the incinerator in So Tom and Principe. Since 2019, Addfield has set up the incinerator and has sent the technical engineers to So Tom and Principe three times to maintain the equipment. The technical engineers have trained me and my staff, who have been giving our best to manage the waste and the equipment itself, for the last 4 years. Thank everyone...

Id like to start with personally thanking Kim for the amazing customer service we received during the stages of buying our pet crem 200 incinerator. There was however a few small issues with getting the spec correct before delivery but after that I can not complain. Steve the technician who came to commission our machine was very very helpful and we hope that we will be seeing him in the future. Kims Christmas bonus should be rather tasty. Nothing but 5 star. Best service, advise and ongoing support even half around the globe. We are operating very successfully and happily a P-200 in Australia. Customer service is fast, effective and shipping well organised.
