Most of our equipment is from Sykes Pickavant in the workshop, you get what you pay for. Customer service is great also for any issues weve found.

Very poor customer service. Purchased replacement part for a spring compressor which for what it is is extremely expensive. The incorrect part was in the bag with the correct part number on it, Rang to find out what's happened, told to email a picture and they would call back. I emailed straight away, no reply. had to call 2 days later. They had no idea, said they would call back after speaking to supplier. No call back in the week. I called again, they admitted the wrong part had been supplied but waiting on solution from supplier, another few days passed with no call, So i rang again and was told it would be further 3 week till i had any form of solution which i did not trust considering there has been absolutely no effort to contact me and if i don't ring I know full well i'd have been not bothered with. Told them to pick the part up and refund, again a week later, no part has been collected and no refund issued. I give up with them. Having to get the part i need custom made/ repaired to repair the 2000 spring compressor. Disgusting. INV S393678
