        We purchased an efco chainsaw MT-5200 from Charlies Stores in Newtown in June 2015, and followed the operating instructions by using 1:50 2 stroke oil. In December 2016 we returned the chainsaw to Charlies Stores because the chainsaw would not start. Charlies Stores told us that the piston pot was scored because we should have used 1:25 oil rather than 1:50 oil. They told us that the cost of repair would be higher than the cost of a new machine. We wrote to Emak UK, the UK distributor for efco products, asking them if they would be willing to repair the machine under the warranty. Mark Barnes, Emak After Sales Manager, arranged for collection, repair and delivery of the chainsaw, without any charge to us. Thats what we call excellent customer service.
