Chris and his team did a brilliant job of converting our garage to a utility and downstairs toilet. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Always on time and arrived when expected . All works done to Building Regs standard. The final bill was just as quoted. No stress for us at all and they kept us in the picture with all ongoing work . We cannot believe it used to be a garage. We have had several big jobs done by Chris and his team over the last year including a garage conversion and a dormer lift and extension. Having purchased a project house we wanted to make sure we found the right builders and we have been more than impressed with the quality that CAS has provided, they are genuinely a really great bunch of hard working lads and really know their stuff. I was at home for most of the building work with my very young son and i felt extremely at ease and comfortable with the team being around. They work incredibly hard to deliver a quality service and it really shows in the final product. I highly recommend and we will continue to use CAS for future projects. Chris and his team did a fantastic job converting our garage into a playroom/utility and were a real pleasure to have around. They completed a thoroughly professional job from start to finish. Chris and team were always on time, friendly and helpful with suggestions. Daily after work the team left the place tidy and clean. This was our first-time having building work done and it can be daunting having people come into your home, especially when you have young children. But Chris and his team made you feel at ease straight away and were excellent with our kids and boisterous dog, immediately building a good rapport. Communication all throughout the project was to a high standard, we were always kept updated and Chris checked in regularly to ask if we were happy with the progression of the work. Any queries on our side were answered promptly by Chris regardless of day or time. Chris has an amazing team working for him and want to say a big thank you to Chris, Matt and Harry for all their hard work. A thank you must also go to the sub-contractors, the plumber, carpenter and glazier. Everything was completed to a high standard at a reasonable price and we are over the moon with the end result. If you are requiring any building work etc, I would highly recommend Cas Constructions, you will not be disappointed. Service: Garage design & building
