John Short & Son

We used John Short & Son when our father passed away. From the first phone call, through to the service and final arrangements, all the staff were excellent. They make sure all the details are taken care of, and were proactive with the administration side of things to ensure everything was as efficient and stress free as possible. The keen eye for detail is even displayed when preparing the Order of Service proofs (the charity we had chosen had changed their name and this was picked up in the design process). The florist they use provided an excellent casket spray and the custom kite design we had asked for was exactly as we had envisioned. Cannot thank or recommend everyone at John Short & Son enough, especially in such a difficult time.
