Took 45 minutes to deliver food which is a 5 minute drive , food came cold & when calling to report this and ask for a refund for given verbal abuse and spoken to like dirt and told its not their fault that the driver didnt keep the food warm

Ordered from here for the first time and very disappointed with what we got. Ordered 4 3in 1s and some wontons all came stone cold. Rang the restaurant to see if we could have a refund for it as we would have to use the microwave to heat it. The girl on the phone was very rude and not very understanding. She told us to carry on and use the microwave to re heat the food which is supposed to be delivered warm at least. Because there isnt anything physical wrong with the food she denied giving us a refund unless we sent the food back. Agreed that we would send the food back to get a refund but still waiting for it to be collected. I understand that its just cold food but when youre paying nearly 30 for a few items from a well established business youd expect the food to be delivered hot. No other takeaways deliver cold food and if they do they sort it out
