Food didnt even show up after an hour, we werent the only people who had been waiting that long. Had order number 42, by the time we had sat down and finished our drink they had finished order number 29. Cant speak for the quality of the food since we never actually got it, but didnt look that appetising. Drinks were okay and woman who took our order was nice. Overall disappointing, avoid.

I cannot say how disappointed I am with the food and service I received from Brian and the team over the weekend. I booked Brian for my daughters 21st in 2016 and the food was excellent. Fast forward year and a half at my Mothers 80th Birthday Party - the food turned up on time with food I ordered missing - resulting in a guest not having any thing to eat as the special dietary plateau never materialised. The fresh cream for the desserts was also missing which resulted in the shop brought cakes were dry (according to website everything is homemade!!!) The cocktail sausages came with the sticks separate in a tub!!! and the bruschetta which were an hit last party were also missing from the table. We paid almost 2 a head more for this party for Menu 4 with extras and got what a would describe at best a basic buffet and certainly was not value for money What I am really annoyed with is Brian as not as yet rang or emailed me concerning my complaints, even though I have sent several emails and left voice messages. A simple sorry would be a start.

Over done sausage rolls. NO cream, no crisps, one slice of ham in a sandwich. Limited variety and to top it off you forgot our gluten free dish which ended in one of our guests having to leave the party to go and buy himself some food so he didnt go hungry! Poor communication Poor customer service Poor food quality! Will not be recommending you.
