        Skoda Burntwood have been absolutely excellent in the purchase of my new Karoq. I travelled all the way from the Highlands to collect the car and everything was transparent and staff where super knowledgeable and we negotiated a great deal with Conrad and Fred. Would highly recommend.

        Appalling service. There for 40 minutes, walked through the sales floor several times, walked around the used stock in the cold and rain. 2 sales staff were busy with customers, other two were busy drinking coffee and chatting. Not one interaction. Very poor and walked away in Disgust. I will not return there. One lost customer who will share his bad experience.
