Where to even start This company is a small family company and what a pleasure it has been doing business with them. I had to return a car due to a manufacture fault (no fault of their own) they took the car back with no questions asked and offered me to lease a car instead of going back through finance! I cant put into words just how kind and helpful these guys where. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car! These are your people, Im forget grateful for how much theyve helped me.

Been using Brierleys for a few years now and am currently on my 3rd car with them, always quick to resolve any issues that surface, can't fault them. Will be coming back here for my next vehicle i'm sure.

Me and my partner purchased a car from them a little over 3 months ago, the car was great just what we wanted and the sales side of things was a good experience, but...... Within 1 week we had 3 issues arise with the car so we returned to get these addressed, 2 of the issues were worked on, 1 has been resolved the other came back within a week or so, so we returned again to ultimately find out when the third issue was to be resolved and to notify them of the return of another issue, it's now been 3 months and after multiple visits nothing more has been done, I've also established that once they have you sign the credit agreements they don't want to speak with you afterwards (sales) you just get passed on to someone else, if they eventually repair the car I will change their review rating (UPDATE) all the works have now been done and all issues have now been resolved, rating has been changed accordingly to my experiences.
