their phoneline+ app doesn't work and you have to stay in the contract and keep loosing calls. if you sign up that's the end of your business for you . good luck

The engineer Aidan that came to our practice was outstanding , helpful efficient . He spent time after install with myself and staff explain how everything works . Very painless process

If I could give 0 stars I would this is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with they have countless time told us we was lying to them about reserving stuff when they didn't send anything at all and when they did finally arrived in the shop they take over 48 hours to respond to an email from us. They person we have been dealing with over email has the worse customer service I've ever seen in my life. I hope never to have to deal with them again

The engineers were polite, friendly, knowledgable and helpful throughout the process of installing our new system. We were transitioning 3 surgeries into one phone system across 2 sites. The whole process was really smooth. Thank you.
