        Used to use these all the time and they started off really reliable always turning up early...then they started being a bit more erratic. My fee was always a 5 fixed fee. One night on my return fare it changed to a 7 estimated fee...which i was charged 7.50.. a 50% increase which i was told was going to be a standard thing going forward. So i found a another taxi firm. Needless to say I won't be going back. Also went on the app before deleting it and it had gone back to a fixed fee.

        It might have been New Years Eve, but what is the point in booking a taxi well in advance, getting confirmation and then they don't turn up.

        I booked a taxi for 12:45 to take my daughter to nursery and the driver stayed parked in the same place for over half and hour even though the app said it was 3 mins away wouldnt recommend this taxi service its extremely unreliable
