        The operator who was answering the phone at 4pm on 06.04.20 was very rude and aggressive, I phoned up asking how long a taxi would be he said 10 mins, 5 mins later I phoned to book it and he said half an hour. I politely asked why the wait had increased and the guy aggressively shouted Ive given another job out Im not just waiting on you you ba***rd then put the phone down, used this company on a daily basis for months, they wont be getting any of my buisness ever again
