Dale Pointon CSRT

I've dealt with Dale on a couple of properties. He's extremely helpful and provides a report quickly. His recommendations are clear and comprehensive. I particularly recommend him for older properties (circa. 1900 or earlier) because he has helped me avoid unnecessary costs for non-existent issues suggested by other, less knowledgable surveyors.

Cannot recommend Dale highly enough. Carried out a damp and timber survey on a house i'm hopefully buying. Sent a detailed report through ( with photos) the next day. Reported on any issues and gave advice on how to deal with them plus links to products which might be useful and told me if i had any questions to give him a call. Really put my mind at rest. Brilliant service!

Very happy with service received from Dale, he attended promptly, sent a comprehensive report, and made himself available to discuss and clarify points arising from the report.
