Gaz's Outdoor Warehouse

Went there to hire ski trousers etc for my daughter's school ski trip. When we went there, we were told by the owner of the shop that there would be a question time for the parents in school in a few weeks time so we just needed to attend the parents' evening in school. After attending the parent's evening, we still needed to go back to the shop to hire trousers etc. So we went there for the first time for nothing. They made us go again for the same purpose, for what?? Wasted the first journey all the way to Burnley. They could have let us hire the ski goods in the first visit. When my daughter went to the ski trip, she discovered on the first day that there was a hole in the trousers (the bottom part was ripped) and it inconvenient her greatly because she was there for 7 days and no replacement was available. I mean, they didn't even check their hire items to see if they were fit for the purpose before leasing it to my daughter. This shop was recommended by the school but I would not use this shop for ski rentals. The management needs to learn customer service, it's run really inefficiently.

Gave our order to someone who came in after us, and missed of my sausage for the second time bobbin Mill round the corner is a better option
