        Dodgy properties ,dodgy landlord.Walks in when he wants .Demands rent knowing full well that the property is riddled with damp , floor boards are missing/broken, boiler is dodgy , bathroom is broken/dodgy.Damp is simply painted over on viewing .Not sure the place has much knowledge on the legal system at all. Don't bow submit to their dodgy ways ? No worries , they will change the locks while you are out .
