Very poor service. Put forward an application for a house rent through them. As per their requirement fulfilled everything. I offered them 12 month rent in advance as I am new to this place. They asked for a guarantor form, which even completed and submitted by my guarantor. Reference from my employer.. all done then they asked me to wait for a week. After one week no updates , called them 2 ,3 times. Now today he called and said your application didn't go through, even though yours were the strongest one. I asked him what is the reason? He doesn't have any and he is in a hurry to end the call, with an offer if anything come across I will get back to you.

I can highly recommend Black Cat Agency for their excellent customer service. Very professional and very good value for the amount of work they do. Andrea went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right Tennant for my property. The Marketing and advertising was excellent, with a turnaround of a few days a new client was found. Thank you very much I will be using you again!

I'm only rating this a 1 star because I can't rate it any less.. I've been renting from black cat properties for 12 mnth, the property had unsafe features and I've sustained an injury as a result of.. The front door was broke with no lock for 2-3 weeks, the windows and doors are loose and a builder has been coming too fix them for 3 months now.. Do not. Do not rent from black cat properties! They made it look like I was gettin a bargain then in the end have me living in less then satisfactory conditions, I have begged and pleaded for them too help with no avail. Criminals.
