Be very, very careful dealing with this company. Constantly get invoices wrong (always in their favour) and getting toner from them for your machine is near on impossible. Service is abysmal if your machine isnt working and the owner just doesnt care once he has his money from the leasing company. They used to have an engineer that really cared about the service but Im guessing he left because his job was impossible. Cant wait for our contract with these cowboys to end.

Everything is ok until you take delivery of your equipment. The installation guy didnt know how a basic printer and scanner setup worked so we had to pay for the services of an external IT company to do it. They promise that the machine orders its own toner but we frequently run out and when we eventually receive it it is non-genuine so affects print quality. Engineer who visits couldnt be more unhelpful and clearly doesnt care if youre happy with his service or not. Avoid these charlatans like the plague.

This organisation should not be dealt with at all - they have an outstanding debt with us for 7,500 and they have made many promises to pay and have made a number of excuses for not paying. We are having to take them to court to try to recover our money! The Directors David Gibb and Rebecca Gibb do not operate with any integrity and do not deliver on their promises!
